The GWorld payment system has been restored after a temporary outage this morning at multiple venues across campus.

Problems were reported between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. at several Ivory Tower venues, Whole Foods Market, Sweetgreen, Roti Mediterranean Grill, Au Bon Pain and the Starbucks at Gelman Library, with possible payment errors at other locations.

“The GWorld issue appears to be intermittent and is not affecting all merchants,” University spokeswoman Michelle Sherrard said. “There are indeed successful transactions posting at this time.”

Sherrard declined to provide details on which GWorld venues were affected, but added “we are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.”
