The owners of D.C.’s popular Fast Gourmet diner announced plans to open a second eatery in Dupont Circle by the end of March, DCist reported.

Co-owners Manuel and Juan Olivera are launching the new venue, which they are calling TakEatEasy, at 1990 M St., NW.

“What we are going to try to achieve is produce a great quality of food in a very relaxed environment,” Manuel Olivera said in an interview with WUSA.

Olivera said the restaurant’s menu will include sandwiches similar to those served at Fast Gourmet, along with pasta, fish, steaks and salads.
