The air is getting crisp and the leaves are beginning to change color. Here are some things to do in the city as fall starts moving in.
- Pay tribute to Steve Jobs by taking time to visit Keith Lane’s photography exhibit “iwishyouwerehere” at Hillyer Art Space, where all the photographs on display were taken with an iPhone. But hurry because the exhibit closes Friday. Free admission.
- Go to the National Aquarium this week to see the baby loggerhead sea turtles before they leave D.C. for the fall season. Aquarium tickets are $9.95.
- Tired of studying in Gelman all day? Get out for some fresh air in Farragut Square Park and join Results Gym and Washington Sports Club for Pilates in the Park, a free Pilates class Tuesday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.
And here’s an interesting tidbit about the First Family:
President Obama doesn’t want his daughters Malia and Sasha watching E!’s “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” according to Michelle Obama. I wonder how Kim, Khloe and Kourtney feel about being vetoed by the White House.
