GovLoop ranked GW the top school for prospective White House employees in an article Tuesday, “Top 5 Colleges if You Want to Work at White House.”

“At only .7 miles walking away, GWU is the closest school to the White House and the most prevalent,” the blog explains.

GW was ranked above other schools in the area, with Georgetown placing second and American placing fifth.

The rankings are based on data from GovLoop and LinkedIn that was used to determine which schools have the most alumni currently working at the White House.
