The weekend is finally here! Here are a few fun things to do around the city.

Thursday:

See the Tangshan Shadow Puppet Theatre at the Kennedy Center tonight at 6 p.m. The performers will present classics of Chinese puppetry, including “The Crane and the Tortoise” and “A Clever Monkey.”

Friday:

Enjoy some baklava and some souvlaki at D.C.’s 51stannual Greek festival. Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church is hosting the event Friday through Sunday.

Saturday:

Head over to the H Street Festival between 8th and 14th streets, NE. The event will include a tattoo competition, a pie eating contest, a live DJ and the regular food trucks and craft vendors.
