GW’s Alternative Breaks program is in the running for a $10,000 grant, but in order to secure it, they need your help.
The program – which has seen a spike in interest over the past few years – is in the running for a Classy Award. The Award, in its second year of existence, “helps nonprofits leverage the power of social media to raise more money faster, and grow their donor base among an active, engaged community of people dedicated to giving back,” according to its website.
Anyone interested can vote for Alternative Breaks. The program falls under the “Most Influential College Student / Organization.”
