All yoga classes at the Lerner Health and Wellness Center are free for GW students as part of Mind and Body Week from March 8 to 12.
Mind and Body Week, which strives to raise awareness for healthy body images and eating disorders, features special classes such as aromatherapy yoga, turbo yoga, yoga twist and partner yoga.
Regularly offered classes such as Vinyasa yoga, power yoga, Pi-Yo, hip hop pilates, and power pilates are free as well.
All classes will be held in the Lerner Health and Wellness Center second floor multipurpose room.
