Service for D.C. Circulator busses is suspended beginning at 9 p.m. tonight and no service is scheduled for Saturday, while Metro is also limiting service this weekend.
According to Alert D.C., the District Department of Transportation is stopping Circulator service due to the severe winter weather.
Circulator busses travel a route near GW between Georgetown and Union Station, as well as other routes around the city.
After 11 p.m. tonight, all above ground Metrorail service will be suspended as well. Metrobus is also suspending service after 9 p.m. Friday night until further notice. On Feb. 6, Metrorail service will continue to be only offered underground.
Updates on service status can be found on DDoT’s Twitter account and through Metro’s Web site.
