10:46. Game over. GW wins 90-62, Diggs scores 26. Check GWHatchet.com later tonight for more.
10:35. Diggs has 26, three off his career high. Joe Katuka’s 13 points match a career high. 83-57 GW.
10:17. Not much has changed since the last post. GW leads 66-46 with 11:14 remaining.
10:08. Sorry we’ve been having some Internet issues. GW is up 61-44 with 15 minutes left in the second half. Rob Diggs is having one of the best games of his career, with 21 points so far, including two three-pointers.
9:26 p.m. Diggs 15, St. Bonaventure 13. (GW leads 31-13 with 8:30 left in the half.)
9:20 p.m. A couple Noel Wilmore treys later and GW leads 25-7 at the 12-minute mark. They are clicking on every level, even with one-man scoring machine Diggs resting on the bench for now.
9:14 p.m. Hollis with a huge left-handed dunk over a Bonnie defender followed by a Diggs dunk while being fouled. GW now up 17-5 after Diggs hits the free throw. It’s early, but the Colonials look pretty locked in so far.
9:09 p.m. “Rob Diggs” chants from the GW faithful as the 6-foot-9 forward scores his 10th point of the game less than four minutes into the contest. The Colonials lead 12-5, with King scoring on a reverse layup for GW’s only other basket.
The lower section of the bleachers has filled in, although two of the five sections are packed with St. Bonaventure fans. It seemed like a busload of them walked in all at once. That must have been quite a trek from Olean, N.Y.
9:07 p.m. Rob Diggs with two threes and a hook shot has GW up 8-3 just over two minutes into the game. I believe that’s already a career high for three-pointers for Diggs.
9:03 p.m. Your starting Colonials: Rob Diggs, Wynton Witherspoon, Damian Hollis, Travis King and Tony Taylor. No alarms and no surprises.

Good evening and welcome to the triumphant return of the Hatchet’s basketball live-blogging, coming to you from the Smith Center for tonight’s late-starting home date with St. Bonaventure. The 9 p.m. tip doesn’t seem to be doing GW any favors in terms of attendance, as the student section has only a few dozen fans with game time fast approaching. The bleachers would look positively empty if not for a smattering of Bonnie supporters.
The reason for the late start is tonight’s TV broadcast on CBS College Sports as the second part of a double-header. The same is true for next Wednesday’s 9 p.m. start against Charlotte.
