Eighteen points from Jessica Adair and five three-pointers from Antelia Parrish put the GW women’s basketball team over South Alabama Friday in the Colonials’ first game of the GW Thanksgiving Classic. Eight points each from Ivy Abiona and Tara Booker helped GW survive 26 turnovers, winning 64-59.
The Colonials will battle Hartford tomorrow at 5:30 at the Smith Center in the Tournament’s championship game.
