GW’s Sarah-Jo Lawrence was waived by the Washignton Mystics Tuesday, according to the Women’s National Basketball Association’s Web site. Lawrence had been vying to make the Mystics roster after going undrafted in the league’s draft, April 9.
Kim Beck, GW’s other senior hoping to make a WNBA roster is still with the Seattle Storm.
