Both CBS and FOX Sports are reporting that Drake’s Keno Davis has agreed to take the Providence coaching vacancy, effectively ending any speculation that GW head men’s basketball coach Karl Hobbs might be heading to Rhode Island.
Calls to the Providence Athletic Department were not immediately returned Tuesday.
