Major League Baseball is holding a media teleconference this afternoon to announce the sale of the Washington Nationals to GW alum and member of the Board of Trustees Theodore Lerner. Lerner, the namesake of the Health and Wellness Center, is a billionaire real estate mogul based in Bethesda, Md.
