Blogging live from RFK Stadium where the Nationals make their home debut in a exhibition with the Baltimore Orioles. As I said a few weeks ago, The Hatchet has to cover some other things besides basketball so we’ve really been branching out to cover everyone.

Michael Loeb is on the women’s lacrosse beat. He’ll be watching the squad, who had a great season last year, as they try to qualify for the Atlantic 10 Tournament, which GW is hosting.

Softball is being split right now between Andrew Alberg and Jeff D’Onfrio as Drew Rifkin is trying his hand at baseball. Alberg is also working on men’s basketball stuff with me.

For myself, I will be doing a bunch of Nationals stuff along with Will Dempster and Ryan Holeywell. We’ll try to do some cool stuff for everybody to enjoy. I will also keep on basketball and do everything in my power to get out to golf. I love golf and it’s great so anyone on the team, sit tight, The Hatchet is coming.
