It’s 6:43 and I’m awake. Why? The Hatchet sports crew is getting ready to head down to Greensboro, N.C. The first on the list of events for today is the 3:45 and 4:00 p.m. press conferenes with Coach Hobbs and players. At 4:25-5:05, GW has an open practice followed by Duke and UNC-Wilmington. I’m excited.
In other news, Rich DePreta of my hometown paper the Stamford Advocate, found out Jim Calhoun’s vote for National Coach of the Year.
