On Wednesday senior Dan Getman resigned from SA President Audai Shakour’s cabinet. This marks the third person in two days to resign from the executive.
Getman did not give a reason for his resignation. Ellen Wexler and Will Donovan, who resigned yesterday, said last night the reason they resigned was because of personal differences between them and Shakour.
Shakour said his top two advisors resigned because of differences in the direction they thought the executive should be headed.
Donovan said his resignation was “not about ideology.”
Wexler will be quoted in tomorrow’s paper as saying leaders must treat all people with respect.
While Will and Ellen said it was personal differnences, it seems Shakour has a different view as to why they resigned.
This begs the question- what’s going on in the executive?
