Posted Thursday, Sept. 1, 5:03 p.m. Some of the students displaced by the hurricane and subsequent flooding that ravaged New Orleans can take classes at GW, officials announced Thursday afternoon.
In a blast e-mail sent to the GW community around 4:45 p.m., Academic Affairs Executive Vice President Donald Lehman said students can’t matriculate here but can take classes as long as space is available. They cannot earn their degrees here. Housing will not be provided to these students.
