Beta Theta Pi offers scholarship
The Beta Theta Pi fraternity will award a $500 scholarship next semester to a male unaffiliated with a Greek-letter organization. The application deadline is Dec. 31.
Beta Theta Pi President Zachary Babcock said there are “no ultra-specific criteria” but that the fraternity is “looking for someone who is a strong student and who is involved.”
The general Beta Theta Pi fraternity, which includes chapters across the United States and in Canada, sponsors the scholarship. This is the first time GW’s chapter is participating in the program.
Students can obtain applications in Marvin Center 427 or on the Web at znbeta.com.
