Dick Drummond was first team All-Southern Conference all three years he played varsity football. In his career, Drummond gained 1,814 rushing yards and scored 19 touchdowns, notching a GW record 118 points. He tied a Southern Conference record when he scored four times in the first night game ever played at D.C. Stadium (now RFK).
Drummond was two-time team most valuable player before starring in the 1964 Senior Bowl.
